PRICE

The price of each product will be the price stated on our website at any given time, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to make sure that all the prices on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order with the correct price, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full.

We will not be obliged to supply you with any product at an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

REFUSAL TO ORDER

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time, and to remove or modify any material or content from it. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that oblige us to refuse the processing of an order after having sent the Order Confirmation, so we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be legally responsible to you or any third party for the removal of any product from this website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not, to remove or modify any material or content from the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Orders that are not registered as paid in our automated payment gateway systems (TPV-Virtual SERPEMA and PAYPAL) after 48 h of the purchase order, will be declared as failed and deleted from our system, losing the reservation of the product/s. Please, contact us if the charge is finally processed in order to manually process the purchase.

SHIPPING

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home address, work, etc.) and anywhere in the world.

No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.

The delivery of orders is done via courier.

Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and the necessary information to track it. You can make an order simulation to know the exact shipping cost.

The estimated delivery time in Spain (Peninsula) is from 3 to 10 working days.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and International shipments will take from 4 to 11 days. On orders shipped outside the European Union, the payment of duties and taxes is on the purchaser’s responsibility.

Free shipping in orders over 100€ (Peninsula).

National shipping Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: from 15€

Shipping to Europe: from 25€

Shipping to the  rest of the world: from 25€

The client residing outside the Peninsula will bear custom costs.

EXCHANGES

MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for any purchase, nor in the case of purchasing a Beatriz Peñalver Atelier garment.

We will make a voucher for the amount of the item at the time of its acquisition, being this voucher personal and non-transferable.

The purchase voucher can be exchanged for designs in stock. Under no circumstances it is redeemable for Beatriz Peñalver Atelier garments.

The deadline for any return is 14 days upon order reception. The item must be in perfect condition.

In order to process your exchange, you can choose how to ship it back to us, since the cost is on you, the customer. As soon as we have the item, we will manage the exchange from here. The client is responsible for both shipment costs: sending the product back to us and in order to receive it after the exchange.

If the item was custom made or made to order, returns will not be accepted, except if there is an error in the  item. In any case, we will try our hardest to match the garment to your original request.

We will not accept any returns that do not fulfil the previous step.
